Ps: I can see the next world record coming: longest Maersk blue train track! The guide is not ready yet. I have not got a legal promission to use official LEGO pictures, but we will take pictures of every thing at the event. I hope it will ready late this year. The Maersk train is not gonna happening (not this time.......). Henrik Edited March 17, 2013 by Henrik Ludvigsen Quote
Henrik Ludvigsen Posted March 18, 2013 Author Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) I have tried to finance the adjudicator by selling wagons to sponsors. We have just sold the last one. We have totally sold 40 wagons. You can see some of them here: The budget for the whole event is about 15.000 Euro Henrik Edited March 18, 2013 by Henrik Ludvigsen Quote
Stinky Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) Wow! This sounds like a HUGE event! I'm sorry I'm not able to go. 4 kilometers of old blue track, yay! Not 12Volts I guess? I'd like to see set #113 covering the whole distance. Or a boxed set #080... Please not only make pics. Mount a camera on one of the trains and film the track. I'm looking forward to see images of this great event. Edited March 18, 2013 by Stinky Quote

Duq Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Sounds like a great event! Good luck with the Guinness guys, I hope all works out and you'll get your world record. If I was still in Holland I'd probably get on the bike and ride up but from Ireland it's a bit of a trip... Quote
