Rare brick?

After Lego Kids fest here in VA my friends kid took of his jacket and a Mint Green Brick fell out of his jacket.

I have never seen a Mint green brick before or on bricklink. Also there was a white 1x1 brick with a red target on it.

So my question is "Are they Rare?"

Was the Mint Green different to the "Medium Green" on Bricklink?

I have checked all the greens and they are no where close to the mint green .

I have checkd the color and it does closely match.

But here is a good place to find rare bricks. They may not all equate to "expensive", but when you look at how many sets and how many are currently available, it's what you're looking for... rare

I have designed and built 3 (yes three) total MOC's in my entire life. In two cirumstances, a crucial part was very limited and I needed them in quantity of course. I believe I own the majority of all Maersk Blue headlight bricks (I have over 2000) and possibly part 3070 in Dark Red (almost 50, but skeptical someone out there still has more than that).
