Black hotrod (8070 B) remote controlled

This black hotrod is a mod of the on 8070b it is remote controlled with XL motor for driving and M motor for steering via a switch in the cabine a choice between doors open or steering can be made. It also has light in front and back. I believe the unimog tires give it a very good look.

That's a nice mod. Well done.

I think the unimog wheels look good, but a tad off next to the 8070 front wheels? Maybe add some color to the all black canopy to accentuate the shape? Now I'm sounding overly critical.

Looks good and functional. One question, how do you get the seats to change design like that when the door is opened.....

It's like those gasoline paint jobs, different angles show different colors. In this case a certain angle and the seat will change shape, very impressive.

Nice, I love hot rods (in case you can't tell :P). I used the same wheels/tires front and back for my large scale hot rod. I'm not aware of a better combo at this scale.

I think you are correct....I really like yours...that pushed me to look at my 8070 B model that I never wanted to build because of the wheel combination.
