Maxim I Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 The hero knights of CMF 9 has the same, so I guess that TLG invested in a new mold Considering a new mold is very expensive, I guess that mark will be on the body for a little while longer I never noticed it while I got a lot of them, so it doesn't really bothers me Quote
Mutant Orc Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 As Legolas said to Aragorn: " Their armour is weak at the neck.... and beneath the arm" So it's a realistic feature not a flaw :) Ha ha!! 8/9 of mine have it. I'm not that bothered, I never noticed in all the months I've had them. Quote
LEGO Family Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 I just read this post today weirdly enough. Looking at the images i thought that it was just you all being really critical towards the armor. Pictures can cheat and i didnt pay it that much attention. However, i took a break away from my castle build and begun the joy of building my Tower of Orthanc. Having just finished bag 1 and 2 building the ent, i have just now opened bag 3 in which this exact armor is and i must say that the stretch marks are really visible and not what i would expect from TLC. I just found it "funny" that ive stumbled across this post today and then got my hands on the exact same armor. Hope TLC will take of this in the future cause its not up to their standards. Quote
