Moz Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 For me, best solution: you just can't beat taking them completely apart and washing in luke warm Why do you take them apart for that? I just use a bath ot laundry sink that's deep enough/big enough for the model and wash it that way. Or the shower, if I'm really desperate. But do take PF elements out first :) Quote

MarkusOSX Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 (edited) One more question..... I´ve bought a used 8421 Cranetruck these days. It is very "dusty". I want to disassemble it completely and clean the bricks. I mean really clean/wash them. Can I soak them in a bucket with soapy water or even in a net and in the washing machine (no, not the electric parts or the clutches of course)? I want to get them really clean. Greetz Markus Yes, somebody already posted that he put the bricks inside unused socks, put the bricks inside, tie the other end of the socks and threw it in the washing machine @ gentle cycle Some useful links: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=1777&st=200&hl=socks#entry1234801 Edited February 21, 2013 by francisalmario Quote
