Orange Leader Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 I build this around June 2012 and since then I had no time or proper space to photograph this vignette. I'm happy with this kitchen and the colours, I think Dark Flesh/Nougat is a very moody and warm colour for MOCs like this one or anything that's cosy, like the Bagend set from The Hobbit. Just a test shot, would have been fun to see a real brickmovie out of this. Quote
Infernum Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 This is a great little build! I love the window and chimney! Quote
Sir Walter Maugham Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 You're right, the Nougat color works well in this MOC. I like the interspersed "bricks" brick on the walls. I've seen it done before, but it always looks so good. This is no exception. The toad and frog looking at each other is a cute little detail too. Thanks for sharing! Quote
TheLegoDr Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 I love the chimney! Great idea. The scale of that looks perfect. I always make mine smaller and it isn't as imposing, but yours is very fitting. What is that giant drink container from? Quote
Cobb Posted January 22, 2013 Posted January 22, 2013 (edited) I believe that is from the Irish Goblin/Leprechaun figure from one the MF series. Great looking interior! Ow, you mean the red one on the table, that's a fabuland thing. Edited January 22, 2013 by Cobb Quote
