Kez Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Does anybody know what they sell LEGO wise other than CMF seeing as I have a load of vouchers to spend there? They sell some very expensive sets (even more than RRP when they are on sale) but whsmiths tend to have some Star Wars sets, city sets and ninjago sets but it can vary from store to store but most whsmiths I know sell a decent range of lego books. If I were you I'd avoid buying lego from whsmiths because you can get it much cheaper from other toy stores but in the end it's your decision because you have vouchers
RaincloudDustbin Posted January 1, 2013 Author Posted January 1, 2013 Generally, I buy from the cheapest possible place but I have all the LEGO books and I have Smith's vouchers.
pedro Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 They do mark-up their prices a lot however they also have 'buy one get one half price offers' which can alleviate this somewhat, taking the prices back down to reasonable levels. Try going to a larger WH to make the most of it.
RaincloudDustbin Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 Yeah, luckily the 1 I'm going to is double floored.
MattZitron Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 You could use your vouchers to get the Collectible Minifigures. Sell/Trade your doubles.
escortmad79 Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 (edited) WH Smiths are seriously overpriced for their Lego, even when they have their offers on. They don't have a great selection either. Edited January 3, 2013 by escortmad79
RaincloudDustbin Posted January 3, 2013 Author Posted January 3, 2013 I got a load of minifigures and some Chima stuff... Thanks guys!
