LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 The first lego colors (I mean: blue, white, red and light gray) always have a certain charm! Quote
Hrw-Amen Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 I keep meaning to get out the instructions and rebuild some of my very first trains from this era, I must actually do it. The two things though that actually stick in my mind are the red intercity passenger coach. (I seem to recall it had a yellow stripe and grey roof? I had about three of these. the second thing are the white tipper trucks. I am certain I recall my father bringing home a set that just had a circle of blue track with an engine and two white tipper trucks? I am not sure if it was a push along or 4.5v motor, but I think this one I played with a lot as a kid. The action of tipping out loads of bricks onto things was something that really got me excited back then!! Quote
roamingstop Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 The tipper wagons were also sold seperately as #125, the int europe coaches were #127. Some models came as part of sets or buy seperately. I dont remember the set number for thr loco plus wagons but bricklink will help The tipper wagons were also sold seperately as #125, the int europe coaches were #127.
