Hello My name is Rob.

I'm An Engineering and Technology teacher in Georgia.

I grew up with Lego. My brother and I started off with sets my mother got us with what i think were sets bought with Velveeta labels?

Had many sets ending with the space sets.

My love of Lego was revived as in my teaching with Lego Mindstorms and First Lego League.

I have been working on collecting star wars minfigs. (as it feeds into my Star Wars addiction)

my most recent activity has had me discover bricklink, bebrickable and this site. I'm currently building the Mars Science Laboratory Curiosity Rover MOC by Stephen Pakbaz I ordered all the parts from stores I found on bricklink I ordered from 25 store in 4 different countries and am only waiting on two shipments so i can build it.

Good to have You with us Rob!

Me on the other hand was never a big fan of Space or Technic sets, but I did collect some of them and liked those designs very much! Had to concentrate on a certain theme so I picked up Pirates mostly, but still I dreamed about getting many of those "other" themes too :sweet:

Hopefully You'll enjoy this site and stay for longer... and spread "Legophilia" on Your students too :wink:
