I gotta say I'm not a fan of the T-Rex and Penny, on account of them not being lego causing them to stand out too much. But from what I can see, the brick built structures are great.

How'd you get the new DKR Bane?

there are select ebay sellers who get their hands on unreleased figures - this one was taken from the upcoming 76001 set. i believe there are a few more available online...

i felt the same way honestly, however once i realized i'd be using a computer print out for the graphic of the Joker card, i figured i could make a few exceptions. once a ferocious-enough looking t-rex is released from lego however, it'll be switched out.

Welcome to EB. I hope you enjoy the site. Just a minor thing, please use capital letters when you post. It makes reading what you write easier.

I agree with Captain Nemo, the cave itself looks good. I like how you've used different styles of brick to make the plain walls more interesting. And even if the T-Rex from Dino isn't as ferocious as you might like, I think it'd still look better in your display.

Thank you for the comments Cornelius! I'll be sure to look into the t-rex you're talking about.

It really will. It looks great in our bat cave.

Thanks for the comment! Could you please send me links to your cave? Im very curious to see how it looks with the t-rex!

Thanks! Yes, I've made 2 aerial vehicles so far. However both are original designs and do not represent any tv or movie versions. I'll post pictures soon

Wow! That is a mean looking Tumbler! Have you tried madking a Bat-Wing?

Oh, the cave is cool to, love the greebels on the walls.

What places are these?

Toysrus according to CupIsHalfEmpty from brickset, he is offering to get the sets for people in Canada if they pay for the set and postage, this is what he said on my thread on brickset:

CupIsHalfEmpty

December 13 Flag

My local TRU has;

76000 Batman vs. Mr Freeze - Aquaman on Ice

76004 Spider-Man - Spider-Cycle Chase

76001 The Bat vs. Bane Tumbler Chase

If anybody here needs to have these sets under the tree for Christmas I can help you out. Shipping would be from Winnipeg MB R3L1J8. I'll charge you the cost of the set and shipping. (there is a 12% sales tax). Check out shipping costs on Canadapost.ca . PM me only if you are seriously interested.

Now back on topic I am looking forward into seeing the rest of this MOC so i will stay tuned, I love the tumbler and the batcave but to improve the non lego dinosaur you should use a dinosaur from the lego dinos theme.

Thanks! And she is =) She's next to Robin in the background on the second level

Great MOC. :sweet:

Nice looking Bane!

Didn't expect a Dino there!

I would have loved it more if Catwoman was there somewhere overlooking the scene where Bane did a snap on Batman's spine!

Batsuit display is nearly finished! A total of 7 suits can be displayed at a time. Smooth tile pieces will be used in the front to improve the look. Im still deciding whether or not to use the clear "window" pieces. Frames were used for each suit display so popping in the window pieces wont be an issue. Comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Love a good Batman MOC. I debated trying out the Cave to accompany my Arkham but never got around to it.

Thanks moop! The cave will always be a fun display piece to create. I still need to pick up the Arkham set =(

Yes, the Papos brand rex is highly detailed... I actually bought it specifically for this MOC. But it seems like in an overall sense, one with a Lego origin would serve better.

I'm still undecided on whether or not to custom build or purchase one from the Dino-related lines from Lego =(

I don't mind the Papos Rex it's a great looking T-rex.

You could always consider brickbuilding one.

If you are really serious about a new dino I think you should go on Bricklink and just search "T-Rex". I was actually surprised with the variety, and some of the older versions were there for $6-$10
