2x URL limit in signature

Is it normal that I can only use 2 URLs in my signature ?

Does this limit get lifted automatically when I reach a certain amount of posts ?

I see plenty of signatures with 5+ links and I was just wondering why I was limited to 2 :(

I believe that at almost every rank you advance you are allowed more URLs/pictures. Unitil you get to be a count (or it could be until you reach knight, I haven't really been paying attention), when you get whatever you want... within reason, I guess!
