CM4Sci Posted April 28, 2013 Author Posted April 28, 2013 The first two episodes will be available on DVD on June 11th! Wish it was the full season. Source: Lego Club Magazine May/June 2013 issue. That's it? Seems kind of stupid. Just two episodes on a DVD. Hopefully there are some bonus features included we haven't seen before. -Sci Quote
PenPlays Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 (edited) And hopefully they won't screw up the sound like they did for all of the Region 1 DVDs of the Second Season of Ninjago. (Which reminds me, I should send those DVDs out soon to customer service.) Edited April 28, 2013 by Penkid11 Quote
PenPlays Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Here I am again, bumping a show topic that I last commented on. While waiting in line to see Star Trek: Into Darkness (excellent movie, by the way) A commercial for the Chima TV show caught my eye. Sadly it was only the end of it. It showed the usual ending with the Lion Temple but with the text "New series coming in July." It looks like we have a full fledged show coming our way... Quote
krystalKING Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Perfect! My mostly unreliable contact gave me false information that worked in a cryptic way. On the show side, Finally taking off, I can't wait! Quote
CM4Sci Posted May 25, 2013 Author Posted May 25, 2013 (edited) Sources confirm 20 episodes. -Sci Edited May 25, 2013 by CM4S Quote
Meiko Posted May 25, 2013 Posted May 25, 2013 Sources confirm 20 episodes. -Sci What sources? I'd say it would probably be at least 24 episodes, since that's the normal length most broadcasters and producers set their seasons for nowadays. Quote

Meiko Posted May 26, 2013 Posted May 26, 2013 M2Film official site. IMDb -Sci Ah, okay. IMBb is rarely reliable on things like this, but M2Film most certainly is. (also, M2Film redid their site. I like it. ) Quote
CM4Sci Posted May 27, 2013 Author Posted May 27, 2013 Found Episode 4, but in a different language! -Sci Quote
Gatanui Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 (edited) Wasn't that episode already known ages ago? -Gata Edited June 1, 2013 by Gatanui Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 1, 2013 Author Posted June 1, 2013 Yes, but only a trailer and a 5 minute video from someone on Youtube who didn't upload the rest. The episode has also been uploaded to LEGO`s official channel. -Sci Quote
Meiko Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 Yes, but only a trailer and a 5 minute video from someone on Youtube who didn't upload the rest. The episode has also been uploaded to LEGO`s official channel. -Sci But not in English or German, so I don't have a clue what they're saying. Quote
Gatanui Posted June 3, 2013 Posted June 3, 2013 I've recorded that episode in German over a month ago. I had no idea it was that special. :P -Gata Quote
PenPlays Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 Anyone see the new mini-movies on Youtube? I might try embedding them later today, but if someone would like to update them before me, be my guest . Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 7, 2013 Author Posted June 7, 2013 Saw those. The voice acting is really bad... I hope future episodes are better. Why can't July get here already? -Sci Quote
krystalKING Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 (edited) Some of those aren't that bad, but Worriz seems to have been given a new voice actor, and said new voice actor was grating enough to warrant wanting to go watch the TV show. Anyway, CM4S, I might just be used to bad voice acting, but they were pretty good for a mini series. EDIT: Razar's Chi Raider! Edited June 8, 2013 by krystalKING Quote
PenPlays Posted June 8, 2013 Posted June 8, 2013 Not to mention Boulder Bowling several times, and Jungle Gates. It seems as if the animators were given access to use all of the sets in the show unlike the animators for Ninjago, who only were able to use the Lightning Dragon out of all the exclusives in Ninjago's initial run. PenPlays Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 The first two episodes will be available on DVD on June 11th! In my hands, the cover of the DVD case looks unappealing... Lets hope the rest of the series gets its act together. Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 12, 2013 Author Posted June 12, 2013 Are there any things on there we should know about? Is there an audio issue? Also, 3 new minimovies were added onto the site. -Sci Quote
CM4Sci Posted June 15, 2013 Author Posted June 15, 2013 Wikipedia says July 3rd, and IMDb says July 17th. Which do we assume? -Sci Quote
krystalKING Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Well, those two dates aren't too far away from each other, so we should just assume somewhere in that time frame. Also, my opinions on the last three mini-sodes. Plovar the Destroyer: Absolutely hilarious, And answers that nagging question about what would happen if someone else inhaled that plant, (You'll know the name if you've played a certain game. ) Razar, king of profit: Not much I can say about this one, except that the rhinos are dumber than I thought. Airhead flight test: This is by far the funniest, we now know how to pronounce Ewald, and Eris doesn't have her flight license. And to think, after all those close calls and interesting maneuvers, she fails because of a rough landing! Quote
Tobias_Jay Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 ^I know right, out of all the characters that I have seen in the show, Ewald has been a disappointment. I have no problem with people with lisps, but I visioned Ewald as the wise king of the eagles, not a flight instructor. Quote
