Will I be able to claim for missing parts if I bought off Amazon?

Hi there I recently purchased set 9474 off amazon and bag 4 seems to have quite alot of missing pieces. So do lego replace them if I havent ordered off ther website or do I need to send the whole freaking set back?

Give lego a call - was it sold by amazon themselves or from a third party seller? If the latter, it's possible someone stole the parts out, but my guess is a bad packing job and Lego will probably make it right.

Typically you can request any missing pieces from LEGO replacement services. They may ask for proof of purchase or something to see why it happened originally. But LEGO is usually pretty good about offering good service.
