jluck Posted November 4, 2014 Posted November 4, 2014 The Bengals are in one crazy cat fight for the division. I don't think they've ever been in a race like this, and that tie is gonna make things weird... Quote
GandalfofHoth Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Looked like to me that the Seahawks are playing on a high level again. They've kept two playoff contenders to three points in two weeks straight. They just needed to get healthy, and I figured they'd be fine, I think they could be Super Bowl contenders, because if they make the playoffs, Arizona is not playoff ready, the Eagles are inconsistent, and the Packers I think are really the only other contenders in the NFC. Also looking forward to the Patriots vs. Packers game, my Super Bowl prediction, so this should be a great game. Quote
kabel Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Patriots vs. Packers (...) my Super Bowl prediction, so this should be a great game. sorry dude, seems like people underestimated the Seahawks once again ... Quote
Off the wall Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 I don't know of very many people who underestimated the Seahawks. They were favorites and didn't cover the points spread. Quote
jluck Posted January 25, 2015 Posted January 25, 2015 This Super Bowl features the 2 coaches that I hate the most, but I've gotta pull for the Seahawks on this one. Quote
Beren Erchamion Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 It's one cheater versus another cheater. Quote
dhc6twinotter Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 Go Hawks! I figured now that I live in WA, I should probably root for the Seahawks. The fan base out here is crazy, and I don't think I've seen this level of fan craze anywhere else. Nebraska Cornhusker fans come close though. Quote
m0dulo Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 It's one cheater versus another cheater. It's ok. Maybe your team will do better next year. Quote
Beren Erchamion Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 Given the fact that the East Coast cheaters appeared to "beat" my team in the AFCCG but in fact cheated with deflated balls, then since it doesn't count if you cheat Indy should be in the Super Bowl. That's what I tell myself, at least. Quote
m0dulo Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 (edited) How do you think the Seahawks cheat? Edited January 29, 2015 by m0dulo Quote
Beren Erchamion Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 How do you think the Seahawks cheat? Pete Carroll's a cheater. Quote
m0dulo Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Pete Carroll's a cheater. How do they cheat? What does/did he do? Quote
Beren Erchamion Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 How do they cheat? What does/did he do? So Reggie Bush didn't actually lose his Heisman trophy? Quote
Vindicare Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 I would love to see a tie & not have a winner. Being a hometown 49ers fan & a Packers fan, really can't root for the Seahawks. But, my disdain for the Patriots, even moreso now, will trump by bitter unliking of the Seahawks. Quote
m0dulo Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 So Reggie Bush didn't actually lose his Heisman trophy? "So" I have had to ask you twice and yet you continue to avoid directly answering the question. I don't know what you are talking about. If I did, I wouldn't have asked. Quote
kabel Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Oh yeah, the hawks are there again, love it! Quote
dr_spock Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Yay, Patriots. The last few minutes were tough to watch... Quote
Beren Erchamion Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 It doesn't count if you cheat. Seattle won. Quote
Vindicare Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 It doesn't count if you cheat. Seattle won. More like Seattle gave it to them by that last call. I can't stand it that they won especially because of the cheating...ugh. I'm sure Seattle thought they were being tricky by not giving the ball to Lynch, which they clearly should've done, and trying a quick pass instead. I feel bad for Kearse the most. After that amazing grab he now gets outshined by the stupidity of the coaching staff. Quote
Off the wall Posted February 2, 2015 Posted February 2, 2015 Seattle lost on what could possibly be the worst decision ever made in the history of sports. Quote
m0dulo Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 (edited) Second down. One yard to go. (which means they have three more attempts to move the ball three feet and win the Super Bowl) Lynch: "I'm just here to win this game, Boss." OC Bevell: "Nah. Let's do the one thing no team should ever do. Even seven year-olds on PeeWee teams know better than to try this. That'll fool 'em." Pass intercepted. OC Bevell: "It was Lockette's fault."" AFOLguy1970 Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I wish it were possible to visit the alternate universe and see what would have happened if they had just given Lynch the ball. Quote
Off the wall Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I wish it were possible to visit the alternate universe and see what would have happened if they had just given Lynch the ball. Lynch has a new pick up truck in the alternate universe. And a trip to Disney World. Quote
dr_spock Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I wish it were possible to visit the alternate universe and see what would have happened if they had just given Lynch the ball. Or if Butler didn't butted into Lockette. Rookie mistake. Quote
