07jkearney Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Amazing as always Sariel, it is fantastic to see a highly functional model that also looks great. Nice work. As for the hamster: Quote
le60head Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Great Model! Looks very fun to drive and to manupulate the bucket! It's controls are very precise! you mentioned earlied that you have fitted 5 motors in the back? would you please post an internal picture? I'm very curious to see how you arranged them. Also - i noticed that the driver is chrome-coated? Did you paint it yourself? Looks cool! Keep up your amazing work! It's oh-so inspiring! Thank you! Quote
Balrog Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Sariel, as always your creation is simply stunning. And who doesn't love the hamster? :D Quote

jorgeopesi Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Fantastic MOC but why is the arm so long?, it seems to me out of proportion. Quote

jorgeopesi Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I have already seen them, that is why I asked you. I see that the problem could be the small bucket and wheels but thank you. Quote
drdesignz Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 Amazing creation! I'll check out the video when I get home. Quote
Lipko Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 (edited) Amazing creation! I saw the "work in progress" photos. Are those really WIP photos? Are you able to build from beginning to end without modifying the the WIP construction and think so much steps beforehand? Edited October 11, 2012 by Lipko Quote

There may be changes later, of course, but they are usually minimal. Quote

DarkShadow73 Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 (edited) Very nice looking model, I've always been a fan of JCB designed loaders, telehandlers and backhoes. The JCB 214XL (I believe that's the right real-life backhoe model) is one of my favorites in terms of design, sleekness and overall attitude. A construction company owned a vacant 5-acre parcel of land behind my condo complex before they sold it about 6 years ago and it was developed and they always parked their JCB Backhoe, dozer, front loader and telehandler in front of a huge pole barn and I could see them clearly once the de-leafing begins, well about now, on the trees and all winter. I often used to wander over and admire the equipment. They caught me once doing so on a weekend, and of course once I mentioned to them I was a huge fan of construction machines, specifically JCB models, they were taken aback and knew I wasn't there trying to steal the machines (though I did ask if I could drive the backhoe around and play with the controls)...
