Si-MOCs Posted September 29, 2012 Posted September 29, 2012 A majestic church organ... Same game as last time... how many mirofigs can you find? Quote
streifen Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Wow! that organ is grand! I have not started hunting for your microfigs. The (un)-stained(yet) glass at the back has been intriguing me. I am figuring out at how you did that. Quote
Darth Dino Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Hi Wow. Beside the 26 Microfigs i found (two in yellow or just one?) i had to say it is impressive with nice color sheme. But a real organ looks less symetric because there are typical no double pipes (there are hugh orchestral organs that have forma single tone more than one pipe, but mostly they are realised in different pipe types, wooden and metallic). Your pipe length are looking to similiar to simulate the different pipetypes. Of cause we do not have different diameters for the pipes, so they "had to differ in the length. If you hav a lot of 2x2 round bricks, maybe you check them as basspipe? Dino Quote
soccerkid6 Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 The log bricks work great as the back wall and the organ is excellent Quote
IAmWillGibson Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 I got 32. I feel I'm still missing some. Quote
Kai NRG Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I see 26 microfigs. Great work on the organ in general, and especially with the gold sections! Quote
harton Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Amazing work, I wish it goes well. It can really be awesome in a church MOC. I really fell it if you add lighting from behind. It makes more "God" look like. By the way the windows are great! Keep Going! Quote
Ferrik Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Looks excellent. I really like all those pipes for the organ and the glass windows on the back wall look great. Quote
PsyKater Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I got 32. I feel I'm still missing some. Do you think the pedals are black ones? I don't think so, but I could be wrong. The "contest" is going on on flickr as well, there you could win a cookie Quote
Legogal Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Si, This is spectacular! Incredible design as usual. Use of the little people is brilliant! Are you taking it to BrickCon? Can't wait to see what you exhibit there, Legogal Quote
Bricktooth Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Incredible! The only thing it misses is a J. S. Bach minifig. Too bad LEGO doesn't have a hairipece like that... Quote
Lasse Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Very nice MOC with many good details and building techniques. Quote
Rook Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I got 32. I feel I'm still missing some. I see 26. Clearly I need a few more drinks. Quote
deltarex101 Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I could still clearly that your time has been spent on these but still amazing! Quote
Redhead1982 Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I made to 24 first time, then recounted them to 26, but I'm not sure about the pedals though... The organs are amazing! They're very detailed and really look real. I'm fascinated by the parts used for this. With the exception of the (unknown number) microfigs, all the parts look common enough, but combined they create a spectacular view. Well done! Quote
LegoJalex Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Beautiful! The design and colours are really great! Quote
