My build of a monster Willys Jeep.

Body addapted from Atrx's Wiilys Jeep, thank's. Chassis addapted from an LDD file posted on the Forum for the 9398 build, thank you, when I find who posted it I will credit you thank you.

some pins missing, and the front wheels are too far forward. The chassis canot be shortend, I suppose the rear load bed could be extended and the body moved forward. I have built this, and in LDD.

The LDD file size is to big to post. If any interest is shown I could forward this to someone who can post it to the Forum.

Thank you to P4trickvH for the original 9398 LXF file.

Nice moc PaulP.:sweet:

Could the body be lowered at all...It seems a little too tall.

Hi Alasdair

The body could not be lowered on the original chassis.

Why don't you changes the chassis or the body too create the right looks off it yourself??

Thank's VF

It is a monster Williy's Jeep, the chassis has been changed, you can only go so far with the 9398 chassis, I do not think it can be shortend.

Yes I have said the rear load bed could be increased in lenghth to look better. Ok you guys can do better, lets roll, alternate body designs for the 9398 are welcome.

Damn someone stole my idea, LOL. When I was about 14 or 15 I built a jeep, this was way be fore lift arms it was all studfull. I used the foam tires, and it had 4 wheel stear, but no drive. Now 25 years later I get to build one likw I never could back then using the 9398.

i think there is no need for any change. the tires of the real willys are nearly at the same position like your version

Thanks efferman for the Jeep images. I have now added the all important spare wheel, seats and a steering wheel, just needs a Jerry can now.

LDD file now uploaded to brickshelf.
