Simple1DEA Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 (edited) Here it is! my complete trilogy of Bat-vehicles. This model took 3 days to make. I was aiming to just get a good shape leaving out small details and the cockpit. Overall I'm quite happy with it knowing I only used whatever scrap lego pieces I had. I didn't show the bottom because It only has one propeller. The wings at the back can be bent for when it lands (like in the film). Edited September 25, 2012 by Simple1DEA Quote
TheLegoDr Posted September 25, 2012 Posted September 25, 2012 Nice rendition! Especially with just scrap LEGO. Keep up the great work. I'll definitely check back for more viewings. Quote
Bilbo Baggins Posted September 26, 2012 Posted September 26, 2012 Pretty cool, does it fit a minifigure? Quote
Simple1DEA Posted September 28, 2012 Author Posted September 28, 2012 (edited) Pretty cool, does it fit a minifigure? It doesn't. As i mentioned before it doesn't have a cockpit. Though I'm considering buying some pieces to make one. Also another thing I realised it didn't have (I did wrong) is that the wings at the back end bend downwards in the other direction. No one has actually seem to have done this to their designs yet. Maybe if I get these two done (and also buy some propellers ofcourse) I might have chance having the best Bat out there? Also there's one thing I happen to have got right by chance. The wings on the sides are bendable (the part with three 2x2 tiles). In the film they bend upwards slightly to slow down The Bat. :) Edited September 28, 2012 by Simple1DEA Quote
coolguy2323 Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 I like it, although I would add some of those "glowing" blue bricks to the cannons to replicate the effects in the movie. Your Batman especially looks nice. Quote
