That's a pretty clever use of the R2-D2 bodies. I agree with soccerkid, the color scheme is great. I like it.

Great little ship, the curves look natural and the extended pods are clever. I'm not sure I'd use a white ship for the polar extremes though, it'd be too easy to lose it!
