Deadraque Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 (edited) Hi As I do have all the houses from Lego it was time to fill some holes I have so there we have it is my very first MOC created in LDD, The roof is not finished but have pieces to do that as it will only be as a extra decoration, i will also fill inside if ever needed but for my town the thing that is the most important is the FACADE ! So I have a 12 dots large hole in my street and created this one... I wanted some advice and what you think of the colors??? My wife would do dark red and no brown i prefer brown... Or even other colors, I am gone order it soon so need help to decide and what i could do... By the way the house is gone be placed between 2 buildings having tan, brown and red from the Hotel (Cafe Corner Set 10182) and the Shop (Grand Emporium 10211 set). I already changed the mailbox between pic 1 and 2 and doorframe the door could also be in brown-reddish as the rest. Tan doesn't exist :( Removed pics and direct linked them in next post. P.S. the link on Google+ doesn't work No didn't do the interior as it will fill a empty space, it's more for the front facade that i made it perhaps i will toy with it once i really build it, once I am sure of colors and stuff... A suggestion, if I may: try using these on the top tier, instead of the flat tiles, and add a chimney to fill in the gap of the 1x2 tiles used. Also, maybe a different ornament, instead of the goblin head. Good job anyways, I can't wait to see the brick build Quote
Ferrik Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 The house looks great so far. Maybe you should add a bit more detail to the side and back? But since it is a modular, you can't really see the side as it will be connected to another building. Anyway, good luck with your MOC. Quote

And it is my first so needed to concentrate a max to the front :) I didn't order the goblin head... was around 1.5 to 4 € a piece so guess i will replace with something else....
