dr_spock Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Presenting habitats for Series 8 Collectible Mini-figs. They're built by Claire, Joanna, Mel, blueandwhite, DarthNick, Sly-MOCs and dr_spock of ToroLUG. They are on display for the month of September at the Lego Store in Fairview Mall, Toronto. Guess who did what. Quote
Kristel Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Great work! Now I know what to do with that bat thing ... hang him upside down in a dark corner. He really creeps me out! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Sly-Mocs built the evil robot one Did you do the alien one? No idea on the others, they all look great though Quote
Hey Joe Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Thanks for sharing. The CMF vignettes (spelling?) really attract me as I own all of them (except series one) and I don't have many bricks so I think that doing something similar is a good place for me to start doing some MOC stuff. Any chance you could take some close ups and post them? Quote
smellsgood Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 This is great, I love it. My favorite is the theater. Quote
Fabjoueauxlego Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 Amazing ! I'd be glad to see HD pictures of every "habitat" Quote
dr_spock Posted September 7, 2012 Author Posted September 7, 2012 Thanks for the comments and feedback. Great work! Now I know what to do with that bat thing ... hang him upside down in a dark corner. He really creeps me out! Maybe leaving him unopened in the packaging might be a better idea. Sly-Mocs built the evil robot one Did you do the alien one? No idea on the others, they all look great though Good guess for evil robot. Joanna did the alien villianess hair saloon. Will that be blow dry or death ray dry? Thanks for sharing. JeagerEX Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 The Evil Robot one reminds me of Death Star. Quote
