I know that you can build a round tower by making a wall of 1x bricks and round 1x1 bricks and bending it, but now do you go about fixing it down at the bottom, and adding an interior? What about the roof too?

What about the roof too? This doesn't require a new thread. I suggest you take a look at the historical forum and see how some builders there solve the round tower problem. Do some research yourself or ask the question in the thread you already have for your Hogwarts project.
