prozac Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 So a buddy and I are gonna be making the 4 hr trip to this store and just wondering if anyone is from around there or been there. Only Lego store I've been to is the one in Disney and it's awesome...hoping for the same at this one. Is it bigger? Does it have a good PAB wall? Any info is appreciated. Quote
Rook Posted August 29, 2012 Posted August 29, 2012 (edited) The Florida store is the largest store. You’ll most likely have two full walls of Lego with the back wall being misc items and a PaB Wall. PaB walls vary on content from week to week so it’s just the luck of the draw. You’ll also have a couple of play areas down the center and maybe a DIY minifigure area. The PaB wall and the Minifigure area and the misc (non-TRU) items, and Lego VIP program is what makes trips to Lego stores a better experience than just ordering online. RunnersDad Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 I live in St. Louis and would love if I didn't have to drive across the state to get to a Lego store but I am glad that the Kansas City area got a store as I have a friend that travels to Overland Park frequently for work and is kind enough to stop by the store for me. I live right outside of St Louis in Alton, IL. My buddy lives in Florissant, MO. This will be the first time to make this trip, and I'm sure it won't happen all too often. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Thanks for the info! I am really glad they opened a store near me. I live 3 hours north of there, but will be making a trip to the Lego store for me and the American Girl store/Disney Store for my daughter. Good thing they are all located in the same area. It will be my first Lego store experience. Quote
