Modulr instructions for Kindle

I was looking on Amazon and came across a series if instructions for modular buildings by G. Orlando Walker. He has published building instructions for 6 or so 16 wide modular buildings.

Has anyone built any of these?

If so, are the parts fairly common?

It looks like the buildings are between 800 to 1,100 plus parts.

I haven't built any of those 16-wides, but I have built his modular City Hospital, which is quite impressive. Take it from me, he's a very good builder. I'd recommend his instructions any day.
