Greedo24 Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Wonderful pics!Always wanted to have this set! Quote
Bobsy Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Fantastic pictures. I especially like seeing the wand shop up close - its bay windows are really well designed. However, I'm not sure I'd call this a review. A review tells the reader what's good about it, what's not so good, any aspects that were a plesant surprise and anything that was a letdown. And in the case of a set like this, a review needs to weigh up whether or not it's worth such a hefty price tag. It's all about someone who has got the set helping people who don't have the set decide if they want to buy it or not. But yeah. Very nice photography. Quote
Gooker1 Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Terrific pics! The comparisons to the real thing were really fun! Quote
The Blue Brick Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Great pictorial review once again. I absolutely love this set, my favorite HP. Quote
YangHao6998 Posted August 23, 2012 Posted August 23, 2012 I always wanted this set, but I can never get it Quote
Bilbo Baggins Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Great photos, I love this set, my favourite LEGO possession. Quote
TrumpetKing Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Very good pictures!! Did you change the hands on Ollivander? I believe the set accidentally came with a darker pigment hand piece on him. Quote
streifen Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 The review, with the comparison of the "real things", is great! This is one of the best LEGO sets, in my humble opinion! Quote
Edmond Dantes Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 It's interesting - I never noticed before, but the sticker for the dark magic shop says Borgin and Burkes, when the actual name is Borgin and Burke (as you can see in the screen-cap). Quote
JackJonespaw Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Nice pictures! I love everything about this set, although I wish there was a bit more added to Gringotts. Quote
Ferrik Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 Excellently clear photos of this set. It's nice to see all the details of Diagon Alley. Quote
BaraSH Posted August 25, 2012 Author Posted August 25, 2012 Thanks! Did you change the hands on Ollivander? I believe the set accidentally came with a darker pigment hand piece on him. Yes, I did. Quote
