Well, here goes. Hello Eurobricks! My name is Souperlizard, and I am excited to be here. I come to you from Canada. Some of my favorite Lego themes of all time are Bionicle and Star Wars. I am also looking forward to acquiring some of the new Lord Of The Rings sets. I am the owner of a medium sized clone trooper battalion, with my favorite minifigure Kit Fisto in charge. In my non-Lego life, I have an amazing Pet Bearded Dragon, love music (I play piano, trumpet, French horn, and kazoo), I enjoy acting and singing, playing Minecraft Pocket Edition, and browse the Internet regularly. Before I signed up for Eurobricks, my news of the Lego world came primarily from the Lego subreddit on Reddit.com and my brother purple paradox. I am by no means a professional Lego builder, but I take pride in my creativity and love to build. Oh, and I love chocolate!

Glad to be a part of the community,

Souperlizard

Well, how 'bout a welcome from your brother! And I'm sure someone else will drop by too. I know some people read these. It's great to have more fresh meat aboard. I'm sure we all look forward to some MOCs from you! Now that you're here...start looking around! We've got the best Lego community on the web.

Why thank you for being the first to issue me such a warm welcome! But I am afraid that your prediction about someone else dropping a comment has yet to come true. You can also look forward to some MOC's from me, although admittedly I have got lots to learn, and a fairly outdated Lego collection. I am excited to take part in the numerous contests and events this community has to offer, and maybe a few RPG's as well.

See you around!

Have a look at the other posts, many of us welcome new members - like I will do in a few seconds

Welcome to Eurobricks, newbie! And there isn't anything wrong with an outdated collection, though most of us I think would prefer the term "classic".

Thanks for noticing fresh meat like me! And I've never heard the adjective "classic" applied to Lego before, but I like it! I think that it suits my collection better.

Welcome to the site. Eurobricks is great, much better then Reddit. I can't stand that site! Bunch of people post the same photos over and over again waiting to get up votes. Makes no sense. Doesn't really work.

What? You introduced yourself while I was camping near Parksville?

Welcome from the Left Coast.

I noticed you get LEGO news from limited sources. You should check TBB (The Brothers Brick) and BrickSet regularly as well.

This goes out to everyone who left a reply here- Thanks so much for the warm welcome! I can see that you guys have an active and interesting community here. Looks like from now on, my connection to the Lego world will be from Eurobricks!

Thanks again,

Souperlizard
