Hopefully I've posted in the correct forum. My apologies if I guessed wrong.

I'm designing a building that uses this framework for the outside walls. My problem is that I end up with the half-plate-high gap. Is there a way around this problem? I definitely need the bowed shapes, but they could be adjusted to retain the same basic outline.

Aha...a design challenge - who can resist that :classic:

Here's two proposals.

The foreground one is similar to what you had, just shifted the brown bracket up

In the background one I used 1x1 brick with stud on the side.

Thanks for the great solutions, Superkalle! :thumbup: I'll try both and see which I like better.

@Superkalle and Lego Otaku - Those are great solutions, and highly inspiring ones as well. =)

I thought I'd leave a note of how beatiful a question I think this is - mathematical, geometric and creative. Pretty much the essence of Lego, right? =)
