Brainbox Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 I got a letter a couple of weeks ago asking me if I wanted to join NAGTY, the National Academy for Gifted and Talented Youth, and my application was accepted yesterday. Apparantly this means i'm in the top 5% of the country academically. Of course, i'm not one to blow my own trumpet ;-) . Time for a bit of shameless advertising: the NAGTY website Quote

I think you've pretty much been accepted already, since you've got the letter. I think. On a side note, I went for a college interview today. I've been offered a conditional place, as in I get the place as long as I get 5 or more GCSEs at Grade C or above. Shouldn't be too difficult ;-) . Quote
