inquisitor88 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 (edited) Hi folks! I had built it few month ago, but hadn't time to make photos. Common castle with common infrastructure. First time i wanted place it on the mountains with the sea around, but lack of time affected on the MOC. Territory: - The palace, enclosed garden and pond - The Church (Central Square) - Town Hall (Central Square) - A fountain (Central Square) - Houses of the peasants (14) - Barracks (on each side of the wall) - The house of a blacksmith (to the right of the gate) - Tavern (next to the house of a blacksmith) - Stable (on the left of gate) - The market (behind City Hall) Some views: More detailed both sides of the Castle: The gate of the castle, barracks - the main building The palace and a park with a pond, houses of peasants The church, tavern, blacksmith's house Town hall, stables, market Thanks for watching and replies Edited July 19, 2012 by inquisitor88 Quote
Capt.JohnPaul Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Awesome! Those merlins are just the right height, and the tiled walls looks fabulous. Quote
Captain Settle Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 This is impressive. I always find it hard to build in micro scale as you need to try and get the proportions right with small bricks. Quote
Dapper-D2 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 This is really impressive! I love all the amazing details you’ve packed into this micro! Terrific job! Quote
LovinLegoSince97 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Very cool micro. Nicely done, encore! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Very well done! I really like the look of the walls And The buildings inside are fantastic, the houses set all set at the same angle look really nice! Quote
Ultron Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 Cool! Kinda reminds me of hyrule castle for some reason. Quote
JackJonespaw Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 (edited) This looks really nice! The use of sand green looks really good on this! Fantastic job! Cool! Kinda reminds me of hyrule castle for some reason. You're right! Looking at it closer, it bears a resemblance to the Ocarina of Time Hyrule Castle. (Maybe that's just me.) Deathleech Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 Ya, I definitely can see the resemblance! Anyways, nice work mate, looks really cool. Quote
TheLegoDr Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 I love mini scale. Great little build. A lot of detailing. It is beautiful for sure. You should be proud. Quote
Siercon and Coral Posted July 20, 2012 Posted July 20, 2012 This is a wonderful build. The 'parts intensive' stonework looks excellent! Great job on all the little detail while keeping the moc pristine and clean. :) Quote
inquisitor88 Posted July 25, 2012 Author Posted July 25, 2012 Thanks guys, glad that You like it Quote
Brinstar Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 Really nice MOC, I'm not usually a fan of the mini scale but I just love all the intricate little details you have included. The palace and the church really stand out for me as excellent little models. Quote
lego_legis_legere Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 So cool ! I don't know why, but it reminds me the imperial city in Oblivion (enven if this one is circular, but the design is close according to my feeling). Great M.O.C. and keep bricking on ! Quote
The Blue Brick Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 This looks very cool. I think it might because of my love for micro building. You were still able to put so much detail in such a small scale. Quote
Ferrik Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 This is a great MOC especially for a micro-scale. The use of simple pieces is great. Quote
Rawel Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 I've not worked in micro scale as of yet, as I usually am not a huge fan of how they look. This, however, is making me want to attempt it. Unfortunately, I'm guessing my attempt won't be this beautiful, which makes me not want to try it again... :P Rawel. Quote
