I finished this a few weeks ago, but never put any pics up here. So much lime...

57 studs long, 20 wide. It's huge! It's quite sturdy too, apart from the doors which are held on by just the black hinges at the bottom (in the racing stripe) as I don't think Lego even make hinges in lime. The wheel arches are a little weak too since I used some dodgy upside down building and attached with technic pins.

Skimped on the interior a bit. I was pretty much over it once I'd finally gotten enough lime to build the rest, I just wanted it done.

The bonnet opens and the engine-bay is bare. Like the Mini I made, I want to hook up some LEDs to the headlights and use the engine bay to store the battery box, but I haven't gotten around to doing it yet.

Very nice Model Team/large scale build 'SamBo', how about a Super V8 touring car next ?

Excellent work in trying to catch all the curves and with Lego that's not so easy to do !

Brick On Drive On 'SamBo' !

thanks!

I've actually been wanting to do a highway patrol car, so I will make one of them soon. Maybe a V8 Supercar can come after that, although I don't really follow that sport, so it may be difficult for me

Really nice Ute well done!

I hope I never require lime green piece for a MOC cause I think you must have them all.

A HSV Maloo would look great beside the XR8
