Nachapon Bricks Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 (edited) As the last posts are taking the form of a contest, I moved these posts in a new topic. Good game! @bbqqq Modify the title of the topic and add a description, if you want. Thank you very much, Calabar. This rendering take 30 minutes @ 6k resolusion (6000x4500). I tried 8k(8000x6000) but fail at 60%. Maybe 4GB Ram is not enough. It was long time ago that I draw some mazes to challenge my classmates. This is one of them. At least 5 solusions, only the hardest one can escape after goal by Nachapon S., on Flickr Edited July 20, 2012 by bbqqq Oversized image converted in text link (maximum size allowed is 800x600) Quote
hrontos Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 It was long time ago that I draw some mazes to challenge my classmates. This is one of them. When color figure is met, should the white jump over the color one and continue? Because there seems to be no way to just pass by. Quote
Calabar Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 It was long time ago that I draw some mazes to challenge my classmates. This is one of them. I think you should wait the first contest is exhausted before opening a new one (but we need to modify the title of this topic), or you could open a separated topic with the new contest. Quote
Nachapon Bricks Posted July 13, 2012 Author Posted July 13, 2012 (edited) When color figure is met, should the white jump over the color one and continue? Because there seems to be no way to just pass by. If the color figure which is met is not on the cross road, then pass through(jump over) and continue, but that color can not be meet again.(that road section is blocked) If the color figure which is met is on the cross road, you have choice to pass through or turn and continue (without brake the turn along round corner rule). But again that color can not be meet again.(that cross area is blocked). If you find the path, you can try to answer by colors and met directions code. Colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple. Met directions: Up Down Left Right ie: RU OD YL GR BU PD I think you should wait the first contest is exhausted before opening a new one (but we need to modify the title of this topic), or you could open a separated topic with the new contest. I agree with you, but I don't want to open too many new topic in short time. And two games are different type. Maybe should change the title. Do I have the right to change title? if I have, how to? It is all right if you help me separate topic once more time. Edited July 13, 2012 by bbqqq Quote

Nachapon Bricks Posted July 13, 2012 Author Posted July 13, 2012 (edited) May be this way? Nice try, but you pass the one way pieces from high side. Maybe I should use other bricks for one-way. Try treat them as slopes, not arrows. Edited July 13, 2012 by bbqqq Quote
hrontos Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 Nice try, but you pass the one way pieces from high side. Which one? I passed two of them and both in the same way. I thought they should be treated as stairs - enter on low side, leave on high side. Quote

So your solution code is (pass Yellow from Down)yd ou pu gd rl br, right? You have found new solution that I didn't find, but that is not the original solution which is able to escape after goal. So you found one of the basic level solutions. At least 5 solutions for now that I can find, 4 basic, 1 advance. Another basic solution similar as yours is yd ou pu gd bl rd. Now you can continue the challenge to find more basic solution, or complete the advance level with one more rule.(original solution) Escape from the entrance after meet all colors. (should be only one solution) Edited July 14, 2012 by bbqqq Quote
