Help trouble

LDD use to work fine for me but now since the latest patch, it screwed my whole program up.

I re-downloaded and also tried other stuff to lower my setting because i thought it would be my graphic card issue.

I also emailed the lego group and they gave me the same response to what i did to fix it

I also googled and found no one with similar problems.

description:

can't exit out of the program

can't click anything in the program

the screen looks like its still loading but its not

the words in the program are all "dragged" so it leaves trails of its own letters

some of the letters are mushed together

and the screen blinks and loads again

sadly I have an url to a youtube video but i can't show it because I'm new user

I really want to go to back to designing my projects!

any advice would help thanks!

- What did you try, exactly, to fix the problem?

- Are you sure the problems are related to the last LDD update? Could you remember some other change in your computer in that period?

- Did you make a clean uninstall of LDD (being sure the profile folder was removed)?

- About the link to the youtube video, you could simply write the video code (the series of numbers and letters that identifies the video in the URL).

i tried to delete everything and re-download everything (im not a computer guy so i don't know what to do really)

I wasn't able to go on ldd for about 1-2 years because of the problem,

I am using the same computer and there has been no changes, all my creations are in the ldd file and i can even see i can't access any of them

yes i did remove it completely and reinstalled it but no luck

and the video was 2 years ago but the problem is exactly the same. if you read the comments on the video, some people have comments that range from 2 years to this year

my OS is 64-bit
