Gandalf the Purple Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 Hello everyone! I recently came out of my dark ages when I saw Pirates sets a few years ago. I bought one set, and re-entered my dark ages. Recently I saw the Kingdoms sets and bought the castle and some other sets. Then, I found out they were making an LOTR theme and because I always loved those books/movies, I bought a couple. I am shocked by the detail now-a-days. My interests include the Romans, LOTR, and of course, Lego. I will attempt to make some historic themed MOC's in the future. In conclusion, Lego has basically stolen my wallet. Quote

just2good Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Welcome to Eurobricks. Your username reminded me of one of Oky's recent comics, but you're purple instead of pink. Purple is my favorite color, though. Quote
Chills Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 Welcome to the board. I'm also recently out of the dark ages. It's pretty cool to see such a vibrant Lego community. Quote
