UH-60 Blackhawk and Bad Company MOC

I've had this model for over a year now, as I totally revamped it from the original I did years ago. I went color coded, scaled down, and extra detail. It looked alright, but it wasn't until recently that I got back into Lego after checking out some Fallout Lego's (which I'll be making dioramas of) and decided to retweek my helicopter a little.

I've always been fascinated by these birds because my dad was a crew chief on them in Panama and Desert Storm/Shield. So he has a few Blackhawk models around his house. Well, this is my version.

The doors actually do slide, and I made it so they stay in place. Opening and closing gun doors where you see the miniguns mounted, as well as the external fuel pods. The main rotor I re-did to make it look somewhat drooping which is what they usually do when the helicopter is sitting on the tarmac.

And for anyone who plays video games, I thought it would be fitting to include the characters from arguably the best Battlefield game created. Bad Company 2. The 4 main characters and the weird hippie pilot seen throughout the campaign :) (standing in front of the previous version. I made them before I re-did the helicopter.)

I use to play Bad Company 2 somewhat regularly on the PC. I mainly used medic so that I could be actually useful healing and reviving people despite having a poor shot . Nice MOC
