Importing from another country's S@H?

Recentley, I've been wanting to import the Swamp Creature set from the German S@H, but I don't know how. I know it's possible, as the brickshow over on Youtube did it with Palpatine's Arrest. Could someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks

Wouldnt it be easier to just wait for the Swamp Creature to show up in France? Or post up a WTB thread and have someone in Germany get one for you?

I wouldn't be surprised if the set arrives in stores in your country before your set gets through customs.
