J4ke Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 Another spaceship for my NSC table, this is the fourth of five, each with a different colour scheme and style. I'm pleased with the build on this, but I think the photography is a bit more mediocre than my usual, and I found it very hard to show all the negative-spacey bits. Come to the event next week and you can see it up close and personal, where it looks far cooler! More pics in the photoset. Quote
lightningtiger Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 Excellent space craft 'J4ke', weapons are located where ? By the looks of the wing design it could handle atmospheric flight as well as space flight ? Keep these cool craft coming 'J4ke' and Brick On ! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted June 18, 2012 Posted June 18, 2012 The angles throughout are impressive The stripe is cool too. Looking forward to your next build Quote
turtleman2020 Posted June 18, 2012 Posted June 18, 2012 Great ship, I especially like the dark red stripe. Quote
TenorPenny Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 The striping is particularly well done. Great work! Quote
Si-MOCs Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 We were looking at this on someone's phone @ BW. and I believe our reaction was: woh. Jake's getting freak'n amazing these days. Not much to add... The wing and tail structure is fantastically interesting. Only suggestion I have is replace that 1x4 plate you have at the cockpit with maybe that 1x3 sloped curve? would smooth out that area ever so slightly. Quote
Plastic Brick Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 The front reminds me of a Star Wars set I have... oh well. I can see this in a sci-fi racing video game. Quote
Faefrost Posted June 21, 2012 Posted June 21, 2012 I love the colors in that one. That darker red with the medium blue tricks the eye into thinking that they are colors or shades you have not seen in Lego before. Very well done. Quote
