MOC: Blue Train Carriage

This is my first train MOC so I was just trying out a few things. I started with a carriage first as I figured it would be the easiest, I will attempt an engine next once I've finished the inside of this one.

I thought a curved transparent roof would look nice, gives it the feel of a long distance scenic tour train.

The top does lift off for easy access.

Please let me know what you think and any advice and/or criticisms would be greatly appreciated.

I like it. You did well making the windows. Is this meant to be a locomotive-hauled car, or a multiple-unit car?

I'm going to post my first train MOC soon, or after I solve my problems with uploading images.

These basic colors (blue and white) have a retro flavor that reminds me the 4.5 volts era!
