Looking for some collectible minifigs

Since I'm having serious trouble finding any one shop at Bricklink that has all the figs I desire, I thought I'd check here to see whether someone has them all or knows a shop that does.

I'm looking for the following figs in NEW condition, with all accessories:

1-2 Evil Knight

1 Evil Dwarf

1 Grandmother Visitor

1 Highlander

and, if possible (though I know they are rare now):

1 Elf

Anyone? :)
