soccerkid6 Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Wow That looks really good, the tower especially The nose of the rocket also works well Quote
brickmack Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Looks good, particularly the smoke from the rocket. The launch tower is nicely done as well. Quote
Si-MOCs Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 "Picture heavy?" It's only one picture Very well done. The smoke and exhaust really sells this entire build for me. Quote
BasOne Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Nice Could use some work though, the tower is a bit too small, it should be at least the hight of the Saturn rocket, also the white/black colours should be a bit different. But in all an excellent build. Don't mind me, i'm a nitpicker Quote
prateek Posted June 9, 2012 Posted June 9, 2012 Woah! So many pictures!!! Seriously though, this is awesome. Surprised at how well this turned out. The little black studs make so much difference, and the smoke and launch tower are awesome as well Quote
Apollo Posted June 10, 2012 Posted June 10, 2012 (edited) Nice Could use some work though, the tower is a bit too small, it should be at least the hight of the Saturn rocket, also the white/black colours should be a bit different. I believe the size of the tower in respect to the rocket is meant to resemble distance, that is what I immediately caught... but I do agree on the color choices. This is an excellent MOC and a historically-accurate model of a Saturn V launch! Edited June 10, 2012 by Apollo Quote
Legonardo Posted June 12, 2012 Author Posted June 12, 2012 Thanks for the nice comments guys! the tower is about the same height (1 or 2 milimetres shorter/taller) than the rocket, but the smoke doesn't portray it to be so. ~Legonardo~ Quote
Legonardo Posted June 17, 2012 Author Posted June 17, 2012 new pic on first post, shows the tower:rocket height slightly better, still not the best but a bit better. Quote
CarrollFilms Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 An amazing use for the clear and white studs. Next step, make the launch pad with rocket rover. Keep up the good work. Quote
