It's the one I used. I agree, good source material. Well, in the way of suggestions, I'd say to make the thing modular, if it's possible - makes the building process easier, when you're working on smaller sections rather than an entire Golden Hall. Also, it makes adding an interior easier. As for the roof, nothing works better than plates - lots of area covered, relatively little brick support needed. Hollowness uses less bricks, too. Quote
Faefrost Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 The actual hall in the movie was a thatch roof, wasn't it? If so you could probably get away with using a mix of Tan plates for the roof with 1x2 2x2 and slotted tan tiles for the thatch texture. Something along the lines of the Mill Village Attack roof's but on a grander scale. Quote
