gotoAndLego Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 (edited) I think a "panoramic" photo of the entire street would be pretty cool so here is what I'm proposing. Once I figure out the measurements I'll post the height of the camera and distance from your entry. That way if everyone submits a straight-on photo using those measurements I should be able to shop together a really cool photo of our modular street. I'll figure out separate measurements for the micro street. You don't need a fancy set-up or camera, use a stack of books for your tripod, place some white paper/poster board under and behind your entry, and try not to have direct sunlight shining on your entry. Morning, evening or a cloudy day should work best. If you can't manage these things I'll make do with what you have, and I promise not to say your building is in the ghetto. I'll figure out a public folder everyone can upload to, probably DropBox or some such. Cheers Edited May 31, 2012 by gotoAndLego Quote
Dakar A Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 That sounds like a great idea, similar to the group shot for Novvember on Flickr! Supporters x2! Quote
Redhead1982 Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 This sounds like a great idea. I sure hope to be able to join in, as I'm up to my neck (and higher) with work these last few weeks. Quote
Brickmaestro Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Brilliant - I would love to see a photoshopped version of everyone's ideas together like that. I'd definitely support that. Quote
Vindicare Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 Awesome idea. Add another to the list of who'd like to see this. Quote
