This is Clockwork and his Clockwork Minion. The Great Beings created him to control time. He has an extendable arm and a staff that helps him channel his powers. He is extremely powerful, slightly insane. His only weakness is if his key is pulled out. He created his minion in his image just smaller. However he wound up the minions key to fast and now Clockwork Minion is completely hyper.

Better photos would make it easier to see. Take them outside in the morning or on a cloudy day, and place them on a white background.
