Long ago the Great Beings created the Keeper of Balance and the Gaurdians to protect the Staff of Life and Death (the thing the Light Gaurdian is holding.) It was the ultimate weapon. The Keeper of Balance was a huge being of immense power. But then, the Shadow Gaurdian stole the staff and gained power from it. This made shadow and light unbalanced so the Keeper of Balance's form changed into one more shadowy. The Keeper of Balance and The Light Gaurdian were able to get the Staff, but the Shadow Gaurdian got away. Knowing that the Shadow Gaurdian was more powerful than him the Keeper of Balance used the Staff to transfer almost all of his power into the Light Gaurdian. The huge amount of power drove the Light Gaurdian insane. Knowing that he could Destroy Tortoise Magna, The Keeper of Balance locked the Light Gaurdian away in an underground cave with the staff. That way if anyone found the staff the now beastlike Light Gaurdian would destroy them. Although the Keeper of Balance is weak he can obliterate an army of Toa in seconds. He now wanders the land attempting to restore the order Tortoise Magna once had.

I tried to make him skinny, but powerful looking. One of his hands is clawed while the other is normal.

He has a posable waist.

his upper torso is a little blurry, but incase you can't see it is made of agori arms and that connector with 3 ends.

Well, your photos are improving, so that's a good thing. I have to say I don't particularly like your MoCs, though. The torsos, while creative, are incredibly awkward and cluttered, as well as being way too thin, and the limbs are excessively plain in comparison. Props for using custom torsosi stead of just going for the standard Inika build, though!

Well, i admit some of my torsos are not the best. However if you read the description The Keeper of Balance is supposed to be thin.
