The_Customizer Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Vietnam. The war straight from the deepest pits of Sheol. No one wanted the war, no one needed it. It brought to light the true terrors of fear, and what people did in those situations. But do we who live nowadays even remember it? Do we care? Even after the war, those who gladly gave themselves up for our country were spit upon by their own people. They were despised, and who even cared? Only those who choose to. We have to remember the veterans, who gave up their lives, and as this is Memorial day Weekend, I would like to commemorate this creation to those who I have just described, without them, who knows where America might be. The backstory: Eight american soldiers/Spies have been captured, they hold very important information, yet the only way to rescue them is through a large scale attack on the vietnamese camp. helicopters have been silently dropping in men, in hopes that there is still a chance to save the prisoners before the vietnamese do anything to them. Overview Vietnamese Camp American Landing Huey-H1 helicopter Camo Jeeps I really hope you guys enjoy this creation. Now for some fun facts about this build! Over 1000 plant pieces (bamboo, grass, branches, etc.) were used. Approximately 100+ Brickarms (helmets, weapons, accessories) were employed. And I managed to use about 50 minifigures, most of which are hiding in the jungle, or are in prisons. More views available Here Any C&C would be definitely appreciated! Quote
