MOD: 7661+7868 Obiwan Jedi Starfighter Hyper Ring

Sorry for the basic pics. I just took these quick pics.

When I bought 7661 last Xmas (thanks to Craigslist) it has been my plan to modify a Delta 7 to fit the Hyper Ring like in EpII.

Here is what I came up with. (I dont have the 7143 so I have a few more mods to do in order to make it more accurate)

After a little reasearch, http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Eta-2_Actis-class_light_interceptor. It seems that Obi Wan did fly a Blue interceptor. I don't recall it from the movies. Also I need to modify my current hyper ring to match this style used for the Delta 7. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Delta-7B_Aethersprite-class_light_interceptor

It's the one he flies to Utapau to ambush Grievous. You see it for all of 10 seconds on arrival, and he leaves it behind after.

He didn't leave it behind. His droid took off in it to make it look like Obi-wan left after refueling, and also I assume to alert the clones to come to Utapau and attack Grievous...or am I misremembering the movie now?

Though for the Delta-7 starfighter the Syluire-31 hyperdrive ring would be more accurate than the Syluire-45 hyperdrive ring, i can hardly argue with the result. This looks absolutely ace!

Yep. I haven't tried making the 31. That is next on a long list of moc/mods I want to do.

As for this MOD: I love it! It is very accurate!
