RARE MINIFIG- Leia with Smooth Hair

Hi all,

I hope it is ok to post this here! I have always owned one of the rare Leia Minifigs from the 10198 Tantive IV set, with the mis-moulded smooth hair. I recently noticed that on BL, this minifig can fetch anywhere from $250 to $300 dollars- there are only three listed.

Although I certainly need the money right now, should I wait and see if the value for this minifig increases even more? Do you even think it will? Any comments are appreciated

I have seen those prices, but I just haven't heard of anyone paying that much for the fig. The issue here might be how demand for this fig will change. It might diminish, or it might increase. I'm not sure, because misprints and such things are not that popular among Lego collectors. Good luck though!

If you do not want it, I would sell it. I think that this is the most that it will be worth and you never know, lego could release smooth hair later and make it a moot figure. I recently purchased one for 125 because I am a collector and I try to collect everything that gets added to bricklink. I have usually avoided the misprints since so many exist, but this one caught my eye. I do not think it will be worth more than this. this is about what a cloud city boba fett is going for.
