dogfin Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 Not sure if I'm posting this in the right area but anyway - I'm looking to visit Legoland in Billund and Legoland in Windsor was wondering if people could advise how many days you would need to see everything for each of the parks. Quote
streifen Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 I was at Windsor last year (May 2011). 1 day was enough for me because I did not take in all the rides and did not really toured the whole place. I think there was a promotion on a 2-day pass then. I would think you may want to go early when they just open so you can tour the whole place till closing time (5pm? or is it 6pm?). Then you decide if you want to come back the next day. I have not been to Billund before. Have fun and I am sure you will! Quote
Holodoc Posted May 18, 2012 Posted May 18, 2012 If you have never been to any of those parks, my suggestion is to spend two days on each park. I have seen both of the parks, Billund one week ago for the 3rd time and always spent more than one day. Then you really should have seen all of the attractions and every detail of the Minilands. Of course it depends on what you are most interested in: rollercoasters or the LEGO (miniland) and how many people you are. Being there all alone takes less time than visiting the area with your family. If you are free to choose the weekdays, then go to the park on monday/tuesday. These weekdays are normally less visited and you enjoy your trip more than when it's totally overcrowded (weekends/holidays). Quote
Mr Man Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 I can only say for Legoland Windsor, that you need two days, to be able to do everything. Quote
dogfin Posted May 21, 2012 Author Posted May 21, 2012 Thanks for the responses guys. Are the parks around the same size? I'm looking forward to visiting my first Legoland. Quote
