LegoBobby Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 Ok, so here is my second attempt at designing a CITY vehicle. It's used for transporting two CITY cars around either for repair or delivery, it can really only take 4 wide vehicles so smaller cars. You would load the top deck with a car first from the hydraulic control panel on the left hand side of the truck body. Then once secured you raise the upper deck and lock it into place using the securing legs. Then you load the bottom deck and secure the car. If the cars are broken down there is a winch located at the back of the cab. The ramps are stored under the bottom deck which can be raised up into the 90 degree position. There are a couple of useful tools located behind the cab also. Big thanks to Vean for introducing me to LDD, it's much easier to use and well set up. As usual all comments and feedback welcome Quote
Vindicare Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 That's a neat design. I like the truck. Got any pictures with cars on it? The trailer is a nice design as well. Kudos. Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 13, 2012 Posted May 13, 2012 Neat and original idea 'LegoBobby' , though I see one problem.....clearance for the car going on the bottom ? Quote
The Blue Brick Posted May 14, 2012 Posted May 14, 2012 Very nice design. I would love to see this brick built. Quote
