I think whoever did it was using Xbox, I'm not sure, I have the PC version so there might be a few "press X" or achievements that don't equate to other versions. Quote

I had heard about this too, and though I could never find it on Xbox Live, I always believed it to be true as there is clearly room for two more characters on the character window, but still no idea how to get it.
