And from what im seeing, the helmets have the white hand of sauron...

Okay, I'm getting the impression that you're a troll. Where in the world did you get a Uruk-Hai?!? Are you thinking of something else? (By the way, the white hand is Saruman's. Sauron has the flaming eye).

Either that, or it's custom and he (strangely) mistook it for the official one.

This is the one i purchased. the person said it came with The hand... I typed sauron at 4a.m. without sleep. I am no troll. My source is staying secret. :sceptic:

@Durins Bane: Where, exactly, did you find this Uruk-Hai minifig? I am betting that it is a custom you mistook for the real thing.

Its real...

I'm sorry, but I highly doubt this. Mind you, I've always been among the slowest to believe most rumors on this site, but the fact is that picture could have easily been Photoshopped, and it wouldn't surprise me. Many people have came on here claiming that a friend in TLG showed them something. It rarely is true. Until I see official pictures, I'm out.

Honestly, I'm usually the same way, but I don't see how this could be photoshopped that well (unless you're referring to the white hand alone, in which case, yeah, maybe). I mean, it's caught the glare of the lighting, and the shadow behind it is just too perfect to be fake, in my mind, although I am very skeptical about where this came from. :sceptic:

There is no Photoshopping in the picture presented! I do professional Photoshopping and 99% of the time I can tell.

I will remain skeptical until you tell us where you got it, sorry.

Well, anything these days could be photoshopped. But that pic seems genuine, and there's nothing so strange or spectacular in there that I would bother to doubt it much. As far as I remember there was a white hand in a helmet already in some leaked prelim picture, even if there was none later in the toy fair models. So a comeback is not that unwarranted.

There, the lord of LEGO pictures has spoken. What more proof do you need?

Perhaps Durins Bane could take pictures from other angles?

Well, the model lookslegit, but we only have one angle. The printing, apart from the hand, also looks like official TLG work. Durins Bane, could we see some more angles of this guy?

Don't see why everyone is so skeptical. Minifigs and elements leak from production facilities or other sources all the time. Just look at Super Heroes, Ninjago, etc. It's not regular, but it's not uncommon. Perhaps someone got a hold of this minifig from one of those facilities and it traded hands until it reached the poster? Not really a big deal either way.

The minifigure itself, be it legitimate or custom, or whatever it is, looks excellent either way.

Indeed it does. I really want to know where Durins Bane got this minifig, but it does look excellent. I'm more inclined than ever to buy U.H.A. now.

To all the haters, I have no reason to troll. I am a passionate 22 year old LOTR and Lego fan. I purchased It last night, as soon as it is in hand, probably monday or tuesday.. Ill timestamp/ do whatever you want. :hmpf_bad:

I'm not a hater, I'm simply skeptic. If you read the Star Wars forum, you can find several instances where I've been every openingly against an idea and been proven wrong. This wouldn't be the first time, if what you say is true.

It looks pretty legit to me. I do agree with being skeptical though. If those are the real figures TLG has outdone themselves. Did the figure come with any of the new orc weapons and armor Durins Bane?
